Ingredients: Peppermint (Mentha piperita), Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), Passionflower 50 Hop (Humulus lupulus), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Basil (Ocimum basilicum), Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), Thyme (Thymus sp. Diversa), St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum).
Usage: Steam 1 tablespoon of the mixture in 400 ml of boiling water. Soak it for 30 minutes. Strain. Drink it 3 times per 150 ml before meals.
Storage: Store in a dry place at a room temperature, away from direct sunlight! Keep out of reach of children.
